Spectacular mountain contemporary home located in the heart of Lower Deer Valley at 2810 Eladar Dr. This 4700 square foot home features 5 bedrooms with five bathrooms, two kitchens and three family rooms. Located within a mile of Deer Valley slopes on a quiet cul de sac in the Solamere subdivision.

The main level of this home has an open, vaulted room that combines the gourmet kitchen with a dining area and a den. The kitchen has granite countertops, counter seating for six, Commercial appliances and cookware. Glass surrounds the area for a light, open view of the outdoors. A deck is off the kitchen & dining area. The den offers a sitting area with a comfortable sectional with Television.

The Living room is located next to the kitchen, den & dining area and features a large stone hearth surrounded by windows. A cathedral ceiling adds to the spaciousness of the room. Doors in the living room open to a deck that extends from the first floor to the side of the house.

The Master Bedroom is the only room on the upper floor located from the stairwell in the Living room. This room has a vaulted ceiling and tall windows with an entrance to a private deck with Deer Valley ski run views. There is a king bed and large armoire The Master Bathroom has a jetted tub, shower stall and double vanity sinks with a large walk in closet.

Two Bedrooms are located on the Main Floor down the hall from the open Kitchen area. Both bedrooms share a full bath between them with a hall entrance. Bedroom one has 2 twin beds and a crib; Bedroom two has a queen bed.

There are two lower levels from the Main floor; midway down to the first floor is the laundry room and office/den with a full bath attached. The Office/den has a separate entrance out to the decks surrounding the house.

The first floor, or lower level of this home, has two bedrooms and a full kitchen, dining room & den. This is a walkout to ground level and features plenty of light from windows and a sunroom in the den. Bedroom three is a large room with a queen bed, queen sleeper leather sofa and a TV with a full bath attached. Bedroom four shares a full bath with the kitchen/den area across the hall and features a queen bed.

The Lower Level has a full kitchen with a dining area and den that opens to a sunroom. Doors lead from this area to a patio and steps up to the decks & hot tub.
